It is very nice that you are interested in whether customers are satisfied with the programme they have purchased. I use the programme for my two sons (aged 9 and 7). The older son still had great difficulties with reading in third grade. This has improved a lot through consistent practice with the programme. The eye jump exercise (variant b) is also very useful for him because he is often unfocussed and easily distracted. If you don’t pay close attention during this exercise, you have already missed the second word. The children learn this very quickly. I have already added my own reading texts. The younger son was also able to recognise the words correctly very quickly with the eye jump variant a, although he was not always able to read them out loud. The children enjoy practising with the programme and are always happy when they can read their results straight away after an exercise. I found the programme easy to use.
